Stating availability precisely
Montags kann ich erst ab vierzehn Uhr.
Combine weekdays, start and end times and one-off exceptions when arranging an interview or class.
Montags means on Mondays regularly; am Montag refers to a particular Monday in context. Ab 14 Uhr gives the earliest available time, bis 16 Uhr the end. Erst ab 14 Uhr rules out earlier starts. A proposed appointment must fit its full duration: a 45-minute meeting starting at 15:30 does not fit availability ending at 16:00. Exceptive phrases such as außer am Dienstag and diese Woche aber nicht amend a general pattern. A question asking whether a time works remains a proposal until someone agrees.

Available until 16:00 does not mean a meeting can always start at 16:00. Its entire duration must fit the stated window.
Check day + earliest start + latest finish + full duration + exceptions. Montags = regularly on Mondays; erst ab = not before.
Write a three-day availability message with one exception. Propose a 30-minute appointment that fits the complete window.
