Bestellt means ordered, versendet means dispatched and geliefert means delivered. These are different stages. Learn Die Bestellung wurde versendet as a useful status message. Treat wurde versendet as a recognition phrase for a status notice, not a full passive-grammar lesson. Ist der Artikel angekommen? asks whether the item has arrived; er refers back to the masculine noun Artikel in the response. Möchten Sie ihn zurückschicken? is the formal question “Would you like to send it back?”; ihn refers to the masculine noun Artikel as the object.

Ich habe online bestellt describes your completed action. Die Bestellung wurde versendet reports what happened to the order. In the return request, möchte comes before den Artikel and zurückschicken stays at the end.

An order can be dispatched without having arrived. Ask Wann kommt die Lieferung? about arrival. If the item does not fit, Der Artikel passt nicht explains the problem; a request to return it is a separate sentence.

Die Bestellung is singular; werden does not fit the displayed status sentence. The lesson phrase uses wurde for was dispatched. Behalten means keep: it is grammatical after möchte but does not mean send back.
