Use “Mein” with masculine nouns such as Vorname/Nachname and “Meine” with feminine Adresse. Dates often use “der” when spoken in a complete sentence.
You need this vocabulary for registration forms, appointments, contracts, and official offices.
Do not confuse Vorname with Nachname: Vorname is your given name; Nachname is your family name.
Name block: Vorname → given name; Nachname → surname; Geburtsdatum → date of birth.
Complete a fictional form aloud, then spell the name and read the address and postcode.
