Correct a misleading handover without inventing dispatch, contents or authority.
An operational summary must preserve the difference between observed facts and workflow status. Two labels differ from the order; that does not establish incorrect contents or goods already in transit. Ten cartons are prepared but not collected. A recipient needs the affected order, quantity, location, assigned next check and missing authorisation. A shorter account is useful only if it retains these dependencies. Correct the incoming misunderstanding calmly, without assigning blame that the source does not establish.

Prepared, authorised and collected are not synonyms. A labelling discrepancy is not proof of wrong contents. Adding the two isolated cartons to the ten prepared cartons gives twelve, not fourteen.
Anhand plus genitive identifies the reference used for a check: anhand des Auftrags. Bis zur Klärung marks a temporary limit. Noch nicht differs from nicht mehr: pending versus no longer valid. Weder … noch can reject two unsupported assumptions without claiming the opposite has been verified.
Give a two-minute German handover, then write a 150–190-word factual note for the next shift. Keep the order number, the two/ten/twelve relationship, the location, the required check and the limits of authorisation. Add one clarification question without assigning unproven blame.
