Evaluate a completed project without claiming more than the evidence

Combine attendance, feedback and cost data, distinguish satisfaction from demonstrated learning and propose a justified next step.

An integrated evaluation separates the event, responses and outcomes. In this fictional learning day,22 people accepted and 20 attended;16 returned feedback, of whom 12 rated the session helpful. The room invoice is 320 euros, within the 360-euro budget. The response rate among attendees is 80 percent, and 75 percent of respondents rated the session helpful. We know 12 of 20 attendees gave a positive rating, but not the views of the four nonrespondents. Helpfulness is not a measured learning gain: no before-and-after task was used. A sound report can recommend a further trial with an optional follow-up task, clearly labelled as a proposed evaluation, not a result already established.

Von zweiundzwanzig angemeldeten Personen nahmen zwanzig tatsächlich teil.

Twenty of the twenty-two registered people actually attended.

Sechzehn der zwanzig Anwesenden gaben Rückmeldung.

Sixteen of the twenty attendees gave feedback.

Twelve of those sixteen rated the session helpful.

At three hundred and twenty euros, the invoice remained within budget.

An actual learning gain was not measured comparatively in this process.

For a further trial, I propose a suitable optional follow-up task.

Combine attendance, feedback and cost data, distinguish satisfaction from demonstrated learning and propose a justified next step.

Do not divide feedback by room capacity, treat nonresponse as rejection, or claim measured learning gains when no comparable learning measurement exists.

Keep denominators, missing responses and outcome types separate. A positive usefulness rating is not automatically proof of learning or lasting impact.

Write a 180–220-word German evaluation:22 acceptances,20 attendees,16 feedback forms,12 helpful ratings;room invoice€320,budget€360;no before/after learning measure. Calculate attendance among acceptances, feedback response rate and helpful share among respondents; distinguish unknown opinions and propose one future evaluation step without presenting it as done.
