Im Hotel und an der Rezeption

Check in, answer questions about a reservation, and ask about your room and hotel services.

At reception, give your reservation and name first. Then ask short questions about breakfast, the room, checkout, or anything missing.

Ich habe ein Zimmer reserviert.

I have reserved a room.

Under what name?

Auf den Namen Fischer.

Under the name Fischer.

Hier ist mein Ausweis.

Here is my ID.

Ist Frühstück inklusive?

Is breakfast included?

Wo ist mein Zimmer?

Where is my room?

Wann ist Check-out?

When is checkout?

Ich brauche ein Handtuch.

I need a towel.

Use “auf den Namen …” for the reservation name and “Ist … inklusive?” to ask whether a service is included.

These phrases cover a normal hotel check-in and a simple request to reception.

“Wo ist mein Zimmer?” is useful later, but it does not tell reception that you have reserved a room.

Reservation → name → ID → practical questions.

Check in under a name, show ID, and ask about breakfast and checkout.
