Understand a simple warehouse instruction and confirm the item, quantity and location.

Listen for what to take, how many and where it is: zehn Kartons, Regal drei. Nimm and Scanne are instructions to one person addressed as du. Ask Ist das die richtige Menge? to check a quantity. An Abweichung is a discrepancy from what was expected. Review plural nouns and instructions addressed to one colleague as du. In Regal drei? is a short confirmation question. Scannen becomes ich scanne when the worker says what they will do.
